    1 on 1 personal training at Zone Fitness Hoylake, we will go through a routine planned specifically for you.

        What does a personal trainer do?

        I aim to be the missing link between my clients and their goals, what this is varies from person to person. To some, I am motivation, others education, mostly a mix! Personal trainers are the key to making a routine more effective for you and only you.

        Do you accommodate beginners?

        Yes 100%. I can cater workouts for everyone, any age, any shape. My workouts are 100% flexible. During your free consultation, I will find out what experience you have of training and take that into account when planning your sessions.

        Do I need to be a member of a gym?

        Absolutely not, the price of the session includes entrance into Zone Fitness Hoylake. It doesn’t matter if you are a member of the gym or not.

        Do you work weekends and evenings?

        I try and cater for all of my clients needs, so if you can only make certain days I will try my best to be available in the evening, early morning or even weekends.

        How often should I train?

        Generally speaking 3 times each week is enough to show results, although, the more you put in the more you get out of it. I’m not saying each time you train needs to be with me, this is up to you & your schedule.

        Do you offer discounts for block bookings?

        Yes I do, although due to the varied price of sessions I would need to know your specific needs to give you a quote, but I am happy to do block bookings of course.

        Will I work with the same trainer every time?

        Yes absolutely, I will be working with you from day 1, you will have my personal phone number & email address and every session will be planned and run by myself.

        Do I need a doctors certificate?

        Depending on how our consultation goes, I may ask you to get one if I believe a medical condition or a past injury may affect your abilitiy to complete a session. Generally speaking though, I don’t require one. Some clients speak to their doctor first informally for peace of mind.
