I can tailor strength training sessions to people of varying experience, but it doesn’t matter who you are, strength training will help you burn fat and build muscle. 

I would recommend strength training to all of my clients, young/old, beginner/veteran, male or female! It will increase your metabolism, it can help you lose weight (assuming you’re in a calorie deficit), and its fun!

Strength training will involve work with body weight exercises, gym machines, dumbbells and barbells. This variance often makes for a funner work-out compared to other workout types!
